Returns
Should the product you purchased not be exactly what you were seeking the item can be returned to us within 14 days for an exchange or full refund. The exchange and refund can only be offered with goods being returned in its original packaging, unused or worn along with the receipt of purchase from Sands Marine and a letter outlining the reason for the return.
Most items purchased have manufacturer’s warranty of up to one year. This covers products the product for faults and defects but does not cover general wear and tear of the item. We would ask you return the faulty item for inspection along with a letter describing the fault.
Before purchase, if in any doubt regarding size, colour or durability please contact us with any queries as this can save time and disappointment in advance.
Should the item arrive faulty or has been damaged during shipment, please send it back to and we will send a replacement.
